Biography
Dr. Aqeel Rehman is a Principal Investigator at CISS Global and a Teaching Fellow in the Department of Electrical Engineering at ITU Lahore. He completed his PhD in Electrical Engineering at NUST Islamabad, where he also earned his MS as a Gold Medalist (CGPA 3.90/4.00); his BS is from UET Lahore.
In 2024 he received the TRIL Fellowship at the Abdus Salam International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP), Italy, and in 2025 the NUST High Achiever Award in Electrical Engineering. His prior experience includes NCRA-funded research at EME College NUST in collaboration with the Military Equipment Group, and HEC SRGP projects in the NUST High Voltage Laboratory.
